Programs:

  • Rhythmic gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics is choreographed to music and accompanied by colourful hoops, balls, ropes, ribbons, and clubs. There are two different types of competition in Rhythmic Gymnastics: Individual and Group. In the Group Competition 2 - 5 athletes work together as one. There are such levels as National, Provincial, Inter-club, Recreational.

  • Aerobics
Sports Aerobics is not only a great form of physical training for the general public, but also a top-level competitive sport.
Sports Aerobics presents dynamic moves, strength, flexibility, co-ordination and musicality in a routine, lasting less than two minutes.
The categories are: Individual Men and Individual Women, Mixed Pairs, Trios and Groups of 6 gymnasts.
The competitor must also demonstrate combinations of aerobic steps and sequences, including the seven basic aerobic steps: Knee Lift, Kick, Jacks, Lunge, March, Jog, Skip.
  • Acrobatics
Acrobatics is among the oldest known disciplines. The sport was practised as early as the ancient Egyptian period. Its name comes from the Greek acrobateo, meaning to rise or go forth. The discipline requires courage, strength and stamina, while demanding flexibility and skill.
  • Dance
The short answer is that yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time.
  • Competitions
There are a lots of competitions during a year:
Invitational, Qualifier, Championship where gymnasts participate according their ability.
  • Ballet and Dance
Ask any of our dancers how their journey started when they were young. And it was nurtured. Developed. Supported. Given room to grow and blossom into the passion it is today. These are the keys to the future generations of dancers and dance aficionados. A seed that is planted. An imagination, captured. Traditions of dance and movement are sustained and carried on. Through exposure and celebration, education and training.
  • Testing (physical and psychological)
There are several tests through the year when gymnasts can obtain information about their physical or psychological conditions and to if they have been improved for the previous period.
There are Winter, Spring and Summer camps every year where gymnasts not only practicing, but having a lots of other activities.
  • After School Program
Any school or other organization can make request for After School Program and we will provide an instructor.
  • Parent's Show
Parents can observe athletes' progress by participating in Special Open House Event.
  • Private Lessons
For those who wants to practice on 1 coach - 1 athlete base, extra training before competition and etc.
  • Internal Social Events
Gymnastics is Life. But Life is not only gymnastics. Therefore we have often special events for our Athletes.
